I need affordable...REALLY AFFORDABLE...airfare from Houston to Philadelphia in August.!!?

I've searched kayak, priceline, expedia, cheaptickets, etc. And I've searched actual airline sites. I can't find anything under 250 round trip departing from IAH Houston. Any reputible sites that ACTUALLY give a discount out there?!
