What is Chameleon Circuit's song "Kiss the Girl" about?

I know Chameleon Circuit writes songs about Doctor Who, but I was just wondering what "Kiss the Girl" was about. Is it about Rory and Amy? But the girl in the song is called Sophie xD I don't watch a lot of Doctor Who but I'm just curious about what the song was written about. Can anyone tell me? Thanks :)
