Whats the Most flexible job?

Hey im 16, im looking for a job to work at mon-thurs but i cant work during christmas break and ill need off a lot during the summer or maybe the whole summer. Wheres the most flexible place? Also, between Subway, Safeway, Round table and mountain mikes whats the most flexible place? Thanks!
