I shaved my head and girls just have to point it out?

Well I shaved my head yesterday and I went out with me mates last night we went to get some food then this girl next to me said hey he's got a egghead so I replied so as bruce willis and he's still good looking then she got her mates to join in and it really got me down so I I said to her did u have to pay to get an STD or did it come naturally then she shut up and walked off now I'm thinking maybe it was a bad idea to shave my head how long does it take to grow back cause if these is what I'm gonna get of girls when I go out it a piss take it's only hair for godsake help
