Will my muscle grow after doing simple workout?

im 17 years old, 45 kg. after taking a bath im doing simple workouts for arm with different variations to hit my muscles. instead of dumb bells, i used to fill the pail of water more or less 7 kilos then starting lifting it it. ten repetitions for biceps, and also the same for tricep and shoulder. it is the only way i can afford to do. day after day i took a rest and coz someone said it will help to recuperate my muscle. will my muscle grow with these very simple workouts? somebody said im skinny pls help me.
