My parents dont let me go out. Should I just go out and not bother to ask permission.?

You are 14. Your mother is just doing the best she can do to protect you. Sometimes it is easier for a parent to just say no than trying to explain the why. Ask if you friends can come over to your house. This will get you mom a chance to get to know them if she doesn't.
