Do any of you people believe Edward Cullen was created by Voldemort?

A lot of people tell me Edward Cullen was created by Voldemort, A.K.A. Carlisle, and he "killed" Cedric Diggory by biting him, therefore, we now have Edward Cullen.And then Carlisle brainwashes them to make them think thats what happened.i am just asking, is any of this true?!?
