How easy is it to replace an electric oven of the same size?

I lucked into a brand new (almost) electric oven to replace my old one that has seen better days. I admittedly have almost no experience in wiring, etc. How difficult will it be to replace? Won't the wiring all be there already? Please let me know if I run the risk of zapping myself!
