You will probably not have enough - in order to sell food, you will need to buy commercial grade kitchen equipment (as well as get a health inspection). Also, make sure the lot is zoned for commercial use - if not, you will have to get a rezoning. The "shack" itself will probably cost at least $6,000 if not more to build (figure electricity and plumbing needs to be run, etc.). Then you will need inventory, which will have to be paid for upfront, unless you can somehow qualify for a business account that allows you to pay later.
