Women are perfect. They should not be sent to prison because there are better ways of helping them!?

Don't criminals already serve very light sentences in the UK, particularly females? I'm surprised that a "life" sentence in the UK is only 20 years or so... why do they even call it "life" then? I'm shocked by the light sentences criminals get in Europe. Even the worst criminals committing the most serious crimes possible rarely get anything more than 20-25 years. I wouldn't be surprised if the UK closed down women's prisons. The UK is becoming an emasculated country.
